Welcome to Entune Healing LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase, booking, or participation in services, classes, events, products, and other offerings provided by Entune Healing LLC (“Entune Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, booking a service, registering for a class or event, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Entune Healing offers spiritual, intuitive, educational, and wellness-based services that may include psychic and intuitive readings, mediumship, Reiki and energy healing, Akashic Records readings, animal communication, spiritual development, mentorship, sound healing, classes, workshops, group experiences, and related services.

These services are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Entune Healing services are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, veterinary, or other professional services. No information provided during a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment plan, legal opinion, financial advice, or guarantee of a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health care, and well-being.

2. Psychic, Mediumship & Intuitive Information

Psychic, mediumship, Akashic, intuitive, and spiritual information is interpretive in nature. Information received during a session represents intuitive impressions, perceptions, and spiritual guidance as experienced at the time of the session.

No specific outcome, prediction, communication, or result can be guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and discernment when considering information received during a session. You retain full responsibility and free will regarding any decisions you make following a session.

3. Energy Healing & Reiki

Reiki, energy healing, sound healing, sacred geometry practices, and related services are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and personal or spiritual well-being.

These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a replacement for appropriate medical or mental health care.

Entune Healing does not advise clients to discontinue medications, treatments, therapies, or recommendations provided by licensed health care professionals.

4. Animal Communication

Animal communication services are intuitive and spiritual in nature and are not veterinary services.

Information received through animal communication should not be used to diagnose or treat an animal or replace examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed veterinarian or qualified animal professional.

If an animal is experiencing illness, injury, behavioral concerns, or an emergency, appropriate veterinary care should be sought.

5. Medical Intuitive Information

Any medical intuitive impressions shared through EntuneHealing are provided solely for spiritual exploration and personal reflection.

They are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment recommendations and should never replace evaluation or care from a licensed health care professional.

Any health concern should be discussed with an appropriately qualified medical professional.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Entune Healing respects the privacy of its clients. Information shared during private sessions is treated as confidential and will not ordinarily be disclosed to others without your permission.

Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect the safety of an individual, required in connection with a legal proceeding, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Information submitted through the website is also subject to the Entune Healing Privacy Policy.

7. Appointments, Payments & Cancellation Policy

Payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment.

All service purchases and appointment payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by Entune Healing or required by applicable law.

Appointments may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment and payment.

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice (“no-shows”) forfeit the appointment and payment and are not eligible to reschedule that appointment without purchasing a new session.

If Entune Healing must cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative appointment or another appropriate resolution.

8. Late Arrivals

Sessions are reserved for a specific period of time. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your session.

Whenever possible, Entune Healing will provide the full experience within the remaining appointment time; however, sessions generally cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time when another appointment or obligation follows.

9. Classes, Workshops & Events

Registration may be required for classes, workshops, healing circles, psychic development programs, sound healing events, and other group offerings.

Participation in spiritual or energy-based practices is voluntary. Participants are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for them and may decline to participate in any exercise.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, registration fees are non-refundable. Event-specific cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling policies may also apply and will be disclosed when applicable.

10. Products & Intuitive Jewelry

Entune Healing may offer bracelets, pendulums, crystals, Herkimer pendants, intuitive jewelry, Reiki-charged items, and other spiritual products.

Descriptions regarding crystals, gemstones, Reiki, energetic properties, protection, grounding, abundance, intuition, self-love, or similar qualities describe traditional, spiritual, metaphysical, or intended uses and are not guarantees of specific physical, financial, emotional, or spiritual results.

Handmade and natural products may vary in color, size, pattern, shape, and appearance.

11. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Participation in Entune Healing services is voluntary.

Some spiritual development, meditation, energy work, healing, or reflective practices may bring emotions, memories, beliefs, or personal experiences into awareness. You are always free to pause or discontinue participation.

By choosing to participate, you accept responsibility for your personal experience and agree to seek qualified professional assistance when a concern falls outside the scope of EntuneHealing services.

12. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Entune Healing is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment.

We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or refuse service when appropriate, including in situations involving harassment, threats, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, repeated boundary violations, requests that conflict with professional or ethical standards, or circumstances in which continuing the service would not be appropriate.

If a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during a session, Entune Healing reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the session immediately. In such circumstances, the client will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or rescheduling of the appointment.

Entune Healing may also decline to provide intuitive information concerning subjects or circumstances that fall outside its ethical boundaries.

13. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Individual experiences vary significantly. Testimonials, reviews, client experiences, and descriptions appearing on this website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another person will experience the same results.

Entune Healing makes no guarantee regarding spiritual, emotional, relationship, career, financial, health, or other outcomes resulting from its services, classes, products, or information.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, original course materials, class materials, graphics, branding, service descriptions, educational resources, downloads, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Entune Healing LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a class, course, workbook, assessment, or other educational material provides access for the purchaser's personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information; however, website content, prices, availability, services, class schedules, policies, and other information may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

Entune Healing reserves the right to correct errors and modify website content, services, pricing, policies, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EntuneHealing LLC and its owner, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from your use of this website, participation in services or events, reliance upon intuitive or educational information, or use of products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Minors

Services for individuals under 18 may require the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Entune Healing reserves the right to determine whether a particular service is appropriate for a minor.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

Entune Healing may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with the date of the most recent update.
