Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Entune Healing, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I will always do my best to be understanding while also honoring the time set aside for each client.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find another available appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible to be rescheduled and the payment will be forfeited.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. A new appointment and payment will be required to book another session.
Refunds
All services, appointments, classes, and sessions are non-refundable.
When appropriate notice is provided for an individual appointment, your payment may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment rather than refunded.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so that appointments following yours are not affected. The full session fee will still apply.
Classes, Workshops & Events
Registration fees for classes, workshops, healing circles, sound baths, and other events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact Entune Healing as early as possible. Transfers or rescheduling, when available, are at the discretion of Entune Healing and may depend on the type of event.
Practitioner Cancellations
In the rare event that Entune Healing needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given the option to transfer your payment to a new appointment date or receive a full refund.
By booking an appointment, service, class, or event with Entune Healing, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
